Cancellation Policy

If a reservation is cancelled with more than fourteen days’ notice prior to arrival date than a refund will be given less a $25.00 administration fee.

If the reservation is cancelled with fourteen days or less notice before date of arrival then no refund will be given, however, the balance will be transferred into a guest account within our system for the guest to use as a credit upon their next booking.

Guest account credits are valid for 1 year and are non-transferrable.
If the new balance is less than the credit total, no money will be refunded, balance will remain in the guest account for the remaining validity.

No refunds are given for early departure and no shows.

If you booked through the G’DAY Parks website, either a 1 year Guest credit OR refund minus a $45.00 cancellation fee will be offered to you. $25.00 (Pine Country) and $20.00 (G’Day Parks).

Deposits and Payments

One-night bookings require payment in full. For multiple night bookings deposits are equal to one night’s accommodation, this will be charged to your nominated credit card. The balance of your booking will be processed upon arrival or 2 weeks prior to a Peak Period arrival.

Age of Children

Child rates are applied to children aged 5 – 14 years.

Check In – Check Out

Arrivals times for cabins are 2.00pm and sites are 12.00pm. Departures are strictly 10.00am, a late checkout fee of $50 will apply for checkout after 10.00am.

Late Check In

Our office closes at 5:30pm, if you will be arriving after our office is closed a late check-in must be arranged prior to your arrival including full payment processed for your booking. Please contact our office before 4.00pm on the day of arrival if your arrival time will be out of office hours. Staff will give you directions on how to enter the Park after hours.

Tariff Changes

We reserve the right to review and alter tariffs appearing on this website.

Cabin Bed Linen

The cabin standard rate includes linen for the Queen bed only! If you require additional linen for the single bed you will need to select the twin share rate upon booking. The twin-share rate includes 1 x Queen bed and 1 x single bed linen. When booking additional guests this will include single bed linen. The Queen beds are fully made-up, the bunk beds are made up with the fitted sheet only, all additional linen is neatly positioned on the bed for guests to prepare.

Group Bookings

Please contact the Park directly to make a group booking. The person making the booking will be responsible for the group booking, this includes deposits, changes to bookings, allocation of bookings and any damages incurred during the stay.

No Third-Party Bookings

We do not accept bookings by a third party. Each person must be responsible for making their own booking and needs to contact us direct.

Smoking Policy

All our cabins Strictly NO smoking. A fee of $100.00 will be applied, we reserve the right to charge your credit card if this rule has been breached.

Pet Policy

We are pet friendly all year round. Dogs are only permitted inside our dedicated dog friendly cabin accommodation. Pets are welcome on all sites (powered & un-powered) Please refer to our detailed dog policy for full details.

Re-Allocation

We reserve the right to move bookings to different allocations within the Park.

Car Parking

Unless prearranged, there is a maximum of 1 car per site/cabin. All visitors must park in the visitors parking opposite the office.

Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person if we believe that person is not the same person either named on the booking request, named on the credit card or authorized to use the credit card. In addition, a booking may be refused if we believe the person may not be able to pay the charges that will be incurred, may cause damage to property of the Park or other guests, exhibits socially unacceptable behaviour, is younger than 18 years of age, or gave fraudulent or misleading information when making the booking.
